Untitled (...nephews?), 2012

Hobbs Mclaughlin Gallery, London

A show in Balfron Tower, Ernő Goldfinger's re-hip Brutalist highrise. A painting on mild steel. Two hanging paintings on 9 gsm tissue paper, both of which present traces/a record of the surface of the work on metal, during its production. Some works from the Gyre series. And a ball. A kicked ball. A ball kicked by one of the gallerist's mothers. Wilfully kicked.

It's nice when people take your suggestions literally.
